Version 1.2B fixes a sporadic bug that would place newly created tapes in the Unfiled category despite the user's selection CSV export utility added on Aug 31 2002 This updated version of VideoLib is otherwise equivalent to version 1.2B, but also includes a Windows command-line program for converting VideoLib databases to CSV files.
